永念庭坐落於澳門氹仔區信安馬路，背靠大潭山，面向南中國海；倚山面水的座向，予人靜逸暢和的感覺。鄰近澳門國際機場及澳門氹仔碼頭，離外港碼頭只需約10分鐘車程；前往澳、珠關卡亦十分便利。廣珠城際鐵路的開通、未來澳門輕軌鐵路的連線，以至2016年港珠澳大橋的落成，澳門與香港，甚至珠三角各城市更是連繫無隔。永念庭全幢大樓分五層樓層，提供不同尺寸的福位，由個人標準單位至雙人尊貴組合，以至特大的個人豪華單位，選擇齊備，切合不同的需要。

大樓的設計能融和不同宗教習俗：大堂樓層為無煙區，可以鮮花或生果拜祭，適合任何宗教人士。1樓及以上是中式禮堂，可讓後人燃燒微香一表心意。分層的安排，保持環境庭園清新、清靜，即使一家人奉行不同的習俗或宗教，仍可安放於同一地方，方便後人拜祭。

大樓每層約有20個不同面積的禮堂，分佈於不同方位，客戶可按自己喜好選擇心儀座向。

永念庭的福位設計極盡心思，貼心地為每個福位加設獨立琉璃璧門。通透的琉璃刻上精緻的花紋，營造出安逸和暢、端肅莊嚴的氣氛。整體設計不但令每個禮堂光潔整齊，亦替每位先人保留私隱。
